Medicine Lake Outfitters was established in 1973 by Tom Heintz.
Tom is a fifth generation Montanan who has spent his lifetime serving people in the wilderness travel and recreation realm.
Providing outfitting and guiding services is his sole, full-time occupation. Training horses and fly fishing are his personal passions.
Tom knows the Yellowstone region intimately and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area's wildlife and fisheries. You will find our staff competent, friendly and knowledgeable. Our goal is to provide you with the finest quality wilderness experience in an atmosphere of relaxed western hospitality.
